Former Donnelley CEO Named New Quebecor Chairman
June 23, 2009In a court filing today, Quebecor World has announced the names of the company's new board of directors. Former RR Donnelley CEO Mark Angelson has been named chairman and will be joined on the board by Tom Ryder, former chairman and CEO of Reader's Digest, and Jack Kliger, former president and CEO of Hachette Filipacchi.
Other new board members include: Raymond Bromark, James Gaffney, Michael Allen, David McAusland and Gabriel de Alba. Quebecor Chief Executive Jacques Mallette is expected to continue in his role, making him the only continuing member of the board.
Both Ryder and Kliger are past chairmen of the Magazine Publishers Association.
