Seventeen Magazine Launches Free iPhone Application

Seventeen magazine has joined the ranks of magazine publishers turning their attention to the iPhone, lauching its first iPhone app.
Seventeen Fashion Finder features a variety of fashion and accessories for teens, allowing them to search by product, trend or price point. The app then checks availability and reserves any of the products in stores nearby. Seventeen Fashion Finder is the first mobile application targeted at the teen market that allows users to locate and reserve products in their local area.
"Millions of teen girls turn to Seventeen for fashion and beauty advice," said Ann Shoket, editor in chief of Seventeen. "The Seventeen Fashion Finder is like having one of our stylists in your purse and makes Seventeen's tried and true advice available wherever and whenever our girls need it."
