ALM Acquires China Law & Practice From Euromoney
ALM, publisher of American Lawyer and The National Law Journal, announced the acquisition of China Law & Practice from the Legal Media Group of Euromoney. This is the third major acquisition for ALM this year, following its acquisition of Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory and Summit Professional Networks.
“This is an important step as we look to expand our offerings in a market with tremendous growth potential,” said Lenny Izzo, president of Legal Media at ALM, in a press release. “What really attracted ALM to China Law & Practice was its strong subscription base and its focus on the practice of law, which serve as a nice complement to our other offerings in the region.”
