BusinessWeek to Launch Regional Edition in Chicago
McGraw-Hill’s BusinessWeek, which has more than 4.8 million readers each week in 140 countries, announced this week the launch of BusinessWeek Chicago, a monthly publication providing the Chicago business marketplace with news, insight and analysis. The new magazine is slated to debut in November.
The magazine will be written and edited by BusinessWeek’s Chicago bureau with Michael Arndt serving as the new publication’s editor. BusinessWeek Chicago will launch with a controlled circulation of 60,000.
“BusinessWeek has a long tradition of providing analysis, perspective and interpretation of global business news to readers,” says Keith Fox, president of BusinessWeek. “With BusinessWeek Chicago, we’ll provide the same insight for our Chicago-area readers, with content focused on their needs.”
