Site Wide Default: One issue per invoice function
This is a site wide default which prevents users from adding more than one insertion on an invoice. A one to one relationship between insertion and invoices make reconciliations easier because only one magazine’s insertions can be added to an invoice. This will allow you to use zone/product filters which have been added to the “AR Summary Report” and “Transaction Report”.
The Transaction Reports have been broken down into two reports. One is called “Transactions by customer” and the other is called “Transactions by Zone”. Both are modeled after the original transcription report and have been reformatted to more clearly display payments to a customer’s account versus payments against invoices. The “Transactions by Zone” report allows you to filter by magazine, and the “Transactions by Customer” allows you to now pull up all of the transactions for a customer within a date range.
