Home Page Notifications
For home page notifications, you can now hit “Clear All” to clear all of your notes from other reps at once.
New Insertion Notifications
The word “New” appears on the Sales Runsheet when a new ad has been entered into the system that day. This notifies the production staff as to when new ads have been placed and will need attention.
New Accounts Receivable Reports have been created to help track/view credit limits, unbilled charges, and unpaid invoices.
Discounts and Surcharges
Ability to display discounts and surcharges on proposals, in separate columns, has now been given to your reps and assistants.
New Mail Merge Fields
The “Bill To” and “Account Balance” has been added as mail merge fields. You can now pull collections letters from the Communications area and include these fields in your templates.
Ability to void invoices in a “batch” rather than one by one. This feature works if the invoices have not been printed or emailed yet.
Partner Rep Search
You can now search for a rep’s clients in the standard search, and get not only the accounts in which they are the primary rep, but also accounts where they are the partner rep.
Accounts Receivable/Voided Reports
On the Voided Invoices and Voided Payments reports; you can now search by zone. We’ve also added a date range so that you can get a list of invoices or payments that were voided in a certain date range, rather than just on one date.
Publishing Industry Shows
The Magazine Manager is out and about at industry shows for the next few months. We invite you to come out and meet our staff.

We were also recently at the Camp Niche Jamboree in Chicago, IL on April 28th and 29th. The Camp Niche Jamboree focused on magazine and digital ad sales.
We were at the WPA Publishing Conference from April 30th to May 2nd in Los Angeles, CA. The mission of the WPA is to provide vital, up to date, information and, education to improve your personal skills, your day-to-day operations and help you plan for your future.
The Magazine Manager is currently in Portland, OR from May 7th - 9th to the Evangelical Press Association. EPA members publish some 320 periodicals; combined circulation over 22 million.
