New York, NY (February 11, 2013) - American Express Publishing leading travel and luxury lifestyle titles Travel + Leisure and Departures report double-digit growth in print ad revenue, as well as strong ad paging gains through April of this year versus the same period in 2012.

Departures’ Jan/Feb and Mar/April issues are up 12 percent in ad revenue and 7 percent in ad paging collectively, versus 2012. These gains mark Departures’ third consecutive year of advertising growth. New business in Departures covers multiple categories, and includes Bentley, Maserati, Belstaff, Mulberry, Surrey Hotel, Quin Hotel, Qantas, Poliform, Ligne Roset and more.
Travel + Leisure is projected to be up 18 percent in ad revenue and up 7 percent in ad paging in through April, 2013 versus the same period last year. Notable and new T+L advertisers include Tag Heuer, Lancôme, Hermès Fragrance, Glenfiddich, Lincoln, Ghirardelli, Fidelity, Singapore Tourism, Tourism Ireland, and Amazon Kindle, among others.
