NEW YORK—AARP Publications Group Publisher Jim Fishman has been named the new vice president and publisher of AARP Services Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of AARP. Fishman will continue with his publishing responsibility of all AARP titles, but his new role will charge him with AARP’s events and sponsorships as well. Fishman has been group publisher since 2003, responsible for marketing and advertising sales for AARP The Magazine, AARP Segunda Juventud and AARP Bulletin. New publishing features are in the wind for ASI's Tsunami product. Printing solutions integrator All Systems Integration (ASI), Woburn, Mass., has arranged to bundle Web-based publishing tools from Pageflex Inc., Cambridge, Mass. Mpower and Edit software products integrate with ASI's Tsunami. Adding Pageflex's tools makes Tsunami a best-of-breed publishing solution, with the best price/performance, company officials say.
