Vanguard Media appointed P. Robert Massey Publisher of Impact Weekly and National Director of Music & Entertainment. Massey will be responsible for executing initiatives that support brand extensions, as well as expanding relationships with urbane radio, retail and recording industries. As National Director of Music and Entertainment, Massey will manage music advertising for all print and Internet properties, including four magazines and several online sites. Massey was formerly Director of Brand Promotion at Vibe magazine, where he assisted in developing non-traditional revenue opportunities.
