Rosie O'Donnell's eponymous magazine will cease publication at the end of the year as the actress and former talk show host quit the publication citing a deteriorating relationship with Gruner + Jahr USA Publishing, according to a Wall Street Journal Online report. O'Donnell and Gruner + Jahr have been fighting over the editorial content of Rosie since mid-summer. O'Donnell has accused the publisher of gradually taking control of the magazine, which, she states, is in violation of their contract. Debuting with a circulation of 4.2 million, Rosie's features stories about beauty, fashion, fitness, food, motherhood and women's issues. The magazine was tentatively titled Rosie's McCall's.
