InfoUSA to Acquire Direct Media
InfoUSA announced Wednesday that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Direct Media Inc., a Greenwich, Conn.-based provider of list brokerage and management, analytics and database marketing for b-to-b and consumer marketers for more than 40 years. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the transaction is expected to close by Jan. 31.
