JP Kyrillos Named President of the Daily Meal
New York, NY (May 13, 2013) — The Daily Meal, Spanfeller Media Group’s (SMG) mega food site, announces today publishing executive, JP Kyrillos, as its new President. Tapping into his extensive advertising sales repertoire, Kyrillos will oversee all sales and business efforts related toThe Daily Meal.

Prior to The Daily Meal, Kyrillos was vice president and publisher of Travel + Leisure. As publisher, Kyrillos oversaw sales and marketing operations of the Travel + Leisure portfolio, social media channels, and monthly tablet editions. He also managed several partnerships in the food domain, including the New York City Wine & Food Festival, South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Pebble Beach Food & Wine, and the launch of the first ever Travel + Leisure Global Bazaar.
Before joining Travel + Leisure in 2007, Kyrillos was publisher of its sister publication Food & Wine. Kyrillos joined Food & Wine in 2005 as its associate publisher and was promoted shortly afterward to lead the magazine. In 2001, he served as advertising director and associate publisher of Maxim.
