Lauren Bronchtein Joins MPA – The Association of Magazine Media as SVP of Research and Insights
Bronchtein was most recently Consumer Insights Director for the Style & Entertainment Group at Time Inc., where she developed innovative strategies to expand client engagement with PEOPLE and PEOPLE StyleWatch magazines. Prior to that, she served as a senior level account director, brand and channel strategist for numerous advertising agencies and consulting groups (Young & Rubicam, Mediacom, TBWAChiatDay and BBDO, to name a few), whose clients included American Express, Hershey, Visa, Pizza Hut, Wonderbra, Wendy’s, Weight Watchers, Clairol, Gillette, Venus, Pepperidge Farm and more.
Heisler comes to MPA with 20 years of sales and promotional experience in magazines and new media. She began her career in magazines at The Atlantic as Research Director, then Director of Marketing. She transitioned into sales at Vanity Fair UK, continuing on this career path at Gourmet, Fast Company, and most recently, Aspen Sojourner. She has worked as a career coach and sales training consultant to numerous magazines at Condé Nast, Hearst Magazines and Meredith Corporation.
