Press Release: Endeavor Business Media Acquires Process Flow Network from Grand View Media
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 21, 2018) - Endeavor Business Media, a publishing and communications company, formed in Nashville, Tenn, in December by media veterans Chris Ferrell, Townes Duncan and Patrick Rains, today announced that it has acquired the Process Flow Network from Grand View Media Group for an undisclosed amount. The transaction was finalized on January 17th and is the first acquisition by the new company. Endeavor will retain the publications staff along with a small complement of corporate positions from Grand View.
The purchase includes three magazines and the associated websites and events business that serve a diverse audience of engineers, corporate managers, plant operators and other process industry professionals. The Process Flow Network includes Processing, Flow Control and Water Technology magazines, and is supported by its affiliated websites (Processingmagazine.com, flowcontrolnetwork.com, and watertechonline.com). Also included is Flow Forum, an industrial engineering trade show event held this year in Chicago.
