The Magazine Manager is a multi-function office management software tool that allows publishers to track sales activity, manage ad material submissions, and generate proposals, contracts, invoices, and payments from a single centralized database. Mirabel Technologies, producer of Magazine Manager, states that the tool is currently used by over 3000 magazines.
For customers opting to incorporate The Magazine Manager into their production process, Sheridan Magazines will offer training to ensure that customers are up and running quickly. Ongoing support from Sheridan is available when challenging issues arise. In addition, Sheridan Magazine customers who use the Proteus electronic pagination tool can access an application created to import The Magazine Manager advertising data directly into Proteus for streamlined issue-mapping.
The Zone, a regional interest magazine featuring the Maryland counties of Northern Baltimore and Harford, recently incorporated The Magazine Manager into its workflow, with training and support through Sheridan Magazines.
