Home Page Notifications
For home page notifications, you can now hit “Clear All” to clear all of your notes from other reps at once.
New Insertion Notifications
The word “New” appears on the Sales Runsheet when a new ad has been entered into the system that day. This notifies the production staff as to when new ads have been placed and will need attention.
New Accounts Receivable Reports have been created to help track/view credit limits, unbilled charges, and unpaid invoices.
Discounts and Surcharges
Ability to display discounts and surcharges on proposals, in separate columns, has now been given to your reps and assistants.
New Mail Merge Fields
The “Bill To” and “Account Balance” has been added as mail merge fields. You can now pull collections letters from the Communications area and include these fields in your templates.
