Exciting things going on in our Philadelphia offices of Publishing Executive. We’re now headed full-throttle into conference planning season, as we gear up for the 2007 Publishing Executive Conference & Expo on March 5 and 6. After an incredible show this past March (conference attendance was up 126 percent), we’ve switched venues to the Marriott Marquis in Times Square to accommodate larger crowds and more conference programming than ever.
This year’s theme — “Publisher Discretion Advised” — warns that the conference may well cause over-stimulation of the brain. Even the most intelligent and savvy attendees may leave the show with an overwhelming number of ideas. They may experience ridiculously high levels of enthusiasm over new publishing projects that promise to generate more revenue, and may lose interest in other less important things like eating, sleeping and even personal hygiene. As always, the conference staff, its speakers and all related properties assume no liability for this.
We’ll be sure to keep you posted on session announcements, speaker additions and all of the conference’s breaking news right here, so check back often. For additional information, head over to our newly launch conference site: www.PubXpo.com. See you in March!
