In Spite of Hurricane Sandy, Google Goes Ahead With Product Announcements
On a day when Hurricane Sandy forced Google to cancel its event in New York, the company went ahead and announced the products in a blog post instead. It unveiled the next version of Android 4.2, which it calls a new flavor of "Jelly Bean," as well as a new Nexus phone, new 7-inch tablet, and the first Nexus 10-inch tablet, which will be priced at $399. Google also talked about adding more content to Google Play, including Twentieth Century Fox movies, Time Inc. magazines, and Warner Music Group music.
Most important is probably Android 4.2.
